Why you should get alpaca
Alpaca are intelligent and gentle animals that are easy to handle, farm and care for. They are also "eco friendly" as they are "light on the land". Alpaca also are a good alternative to small scale traditional farming of sheep or cattle - especially for owners of lifestyle blocks where there is limited land space.
They make wonderful pets and provide hours of fun and enjoyment for their owners young and old. Our family have all enjoyed breeding and caring for the alpaca. In the words of our daughter Phoebe "Alpaca are so cuddly and their fleeces are so warm."

Quality Breeding Females
Terra Nova Giulietta

Guilietta is one of our best females. She comes from our Julianna line which has consistently produced high-quality whites, fawns and browns.
Guilietta is a fine fleeced alpaca and carries genetics from EP Cambridge’s inhouse only male Caesar and Alpine Fibre’s Brutus, a son of Peruvian Hemmingway both well known for their advanced fleece styles and fineness well into maturity.
As a mature female, Guilietta’s fleece in 2017 tested at 20.1 micron with a comfort factor of 97.4%.
Guilietta was mated to Waratah Flats St Patrick on 23 November 2021.

Gypsy is a friendly, relaxed female at the start of her breeding. Although we have never had Gypsy’s fibre tested, she does carry a very soft handling fleece which is uniform in colour and shows great style.
Gypsy comes from some of our best bloodlines and offers a wide range of colours in her background, making her the perfect female for both white and coloured breeding programs.If desired a mating to any of our certified males can be included at no extra cost.
